    By submitting this form, you agree to the Yubin Soft Services Agreement (Stripe Integration), including a $29.99 maintenance fee that is billed automatically and becomes non-refundable once service is active. The maintenance fee covers ongoing Stripe integration support, compatibility updates, and assistance with payment-related issues. Stripe updates its systems periodically, and if changes affect your integration, Yubin Soft will handle reasonable adjustments to help ensure payment continuity.

    Maintenance Scope (includes, but is not limited to):

    1. Stripe Updates & Compatibility

      • Monitoring Stripe API, security, and payment requirement updates
      • Addressing issues caused by Stripe-side changes that may impact checkout functionality
      • Updating or adjusting the integration when required to maintain compatibility
    2. Payment Failure & Error Support

      • Investigation of failed or declined payments
      • Resolution of checkout-related errors
      • Webhook connection and delivery issue support
      • Assistance with currency, tax, or configuration mismatches
      • When payment-related issues are reported, Yubin Soft will respond and assist with resolution.
    3. Security & Fraud Configuration Support

      • Assistance with basic Stripe fraud prevention and risk settings
      • Support for payment method verification or authentication issues
      • PCI-related configuration adjustments (without storing or handling card data)
    4. Platform Updates (WordPress / WooCommerce / Magento)

      • Addressing Stripe connection issues caused by website, plugin, or platform updates
      • Ensuring Stripe continues to function properly after supported platform updates
    5. Emergency Payment Downtime Support

      • Diagnosis of Stripe-related payment outages
      • Reasonable efforts to restore payment functionality when disruptions occur
