Fulfillment Policy

  • YubinSoft provides digital services, including website development, hosting, and related consulting.
  • Upon payment confirmation, we will begin your project according to the agreed project timeline outlined in your proposal or contract.
  • Our typical fulfillment time varies based on the complexity of the service purchased, ranging from 5 to 30 business days. Exact timelines will be communicated via email.
  • All deliverables will be sent electronically to your provided email address or uploaded directly to your hosting account.

Refunds Policy

  • Due to the nature of our services (custom digital work), we do not offer refunds once the project has started.
  • Refunds may only be granted if a project is canceled in writing before work has begun.
  • If we fail to deliver the agreed services within the specified timeline without reasonable cause, you may request a partial refund for the undelivered portion of services.

Cancellation Policy

  • You may request to cancel your order before the project work begins by contacting us at info@yubinsoft.com or calling us at 972.972.8864.
  • Cancellations requested after work has begun are not eligible for refunds but may qualify for a project credit, at our discretion.
  • YubinSoft reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of our terms of service. In such cases, refunds may not be provided.
